Engineered for high-volume output, the Doyon 3T4 artisan stone deck oven combines four electric decks with a stone hearth to balance throughput and bake quality. Ecomode energy miser/governor helps reduce consumption between bakes, while retractable doors and end-load access keep your line moving.
Each deck features its own programmable control and independent upper and lower elements, so you can tune heat to the product. With a 600°F maximum and an 8″ standard deck height, you can confidently bake crusty breads, pastries, and pizza throughout the day.
Capacity of three pans per deck supports staggered batches for continuous service. Self-contained steam injection on every deck promotes sheen and crust development, ideal for artisan loaves and rolls. Heavy-duty legs and casters simplify installation and cleaning when layouts change.
