The FWE LCH-10 is a mid-size mobile cook and hold cabinet designed for efficient production and service. It gently cooks and holds with low air circulation and precise thermostatic controls up to 350°F. Stainless steel interior and exterior withstand heavy use and simplify cleaning.
Prepare roasts overnight, finish braises, or stage sides while maintaining texture and moisture. Accommodate seven 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or up to 150 pounds for banquets, catering, or high-volume lines. A solid door helps retain heat during transport between prep and service points.
Streamline workflow by dialing in temperatures with the included probe verifying internal doneness. Roll the cabinet smoothly on 5-inch casters, with two swivels with brakes and two rigid wheels for control. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 ratings support demanding foodservice environments.
