Streamline production and service with the FWE LCH-5-MT moisture-controlled low temp cook and hold cabinet. Low air circulation and adjustable moisture help preserve tenderness and presentation from cook to carve.
Load (3) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (6) 12″ x 20″ pans on three pairs of tray slides, with 4-1/2″ on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2″ increments to fit changing menus. The temperature probe and cooking capability up to 350°F let you finish roasts and sides, then hold them at serving quality.
Touchscreen controls with eight programmable presets drive consistency across shifts. The insulated, stainless steel cabinet rolls on 5″ casters (two rigid and two swivel with brakes) for flexible placement. Auto water-fill, IPX4 splash protection, and UL, cUL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4 listings support demanding operations.
