Universal tray slides accommodate mixed menus, accepting (10) 18″ x 26″ trays or (20) 12″ x 20″ pans to streamline prep and plating.
Set and maintain conditions with electronic controls and a moisture-temp system featuring a removable water reservoir. The insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior retain heat while standing up to daily kitchen demands.
Adjust slides in 1-1/2″ increments to fit varying pan heights, then roll into position on 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for safe, smooth mobility. A flush-mounted door supports heat retention and efficient workflows from prep to pass, while NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings support professional kitchen requirements.
