Load flexibility is built in: four pairs of universal tray slides hold either four 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or eight 12″ x 20″ pans at 4-1/2″ on-center spacing. Slides adjust on 1-1/2″ increments to accommodate changing menus, portions, or plating heights.
A fully insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior withstands daily use while retaining heat. The flush-mounted door and 3-1/2″ swivel casters with brakes support controlled transport through busy back-of-house corridors. A removable water reservoir streamlines refills and cleanup, and NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings suit demanding foodservice environments.
