The Humi-temp heat system and adjustable thermostat help maintain quality and timing across courses. Recessed front controls and a flush-mounted door streamline workflows and minimize snags in tight corridors.
Four wire shelves support flexible loading for mixed menus, while stainless-steel construction withstands daily use. 6″ casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) and a wraparound bumper enable smooth, protected mobility for hotels, caterers, and institutional operations.
