Description
Durable and easy to use, this Groen DH-80 Tilting Kettle has a stainless steel construction and easy to use controls. It has a solid one-piece welded, 316 stainless steel kettle interior, a stainless steel console, and a heavy-duty stainless steel combination kettle support. These features increase its sanitation and durability while making it easier to maintain. It has an enclosed trunnion support with a smooth operation, self-locking tilt mechanism. The kettle interior has been finished with 180 emery grit and its exterior has a bright high buff finish.
This DH-80 has easy to use controls. They include a thermostat, pressure gauge, pressure limit control, water inspection window, low water cut off, a gas regulator valve, and other safety features. They have a low water indicator light and a heating light to keep operators alert to the status of the Kettle. The gas supply automatically shuts off when the unit is tilted.
