Chefs can execute multiple prep and finishing tasks simultaneously to speed ticket times and streamline the line.
Sear, sauté, and hold sauces with the low simmer feature while heavy-duty cast iron grates support cookware through high-heat cycles. Use the elevated griddle/broiler to grill, toast, or finish melts, and keep service moving with a 3″ wide grease trough plus removable grease can and crumb tray for rapid cleanup.
The twin ovens feature porcelain interiors that simplify cleaning, each supplied with a chrome rack for flexible pan placement. A round stainless steel chef’s handle, stainless front and sides, and a 3-1/2″ deep landing ledge provide durable, ergonomic control for high-volume service.
