Description
The Lancer Mechanical Lever is the customer-facing interface for manual dispensing valves. It is engineered from a high-flex, impact-resistant polymer designed to withstand thousands of cycles. Its geometry is precision-calculated to provide the correct amount of mechanical leverage to depress the internal valve switch or plunger without requiring excessive force.
Problem Solved: This lever replaces broken, snapped, or ‘floppy’ triggers. Over years of use, the plastic pivot points can wear down, resulting in a lever that doesn’t return to the ‘off’ position, which leads to syrup waste and messy counters. A fresh lever restores the original ‘snap’ response to the dispensing head.
Symptoms of Failure: A lever that hangs loosely, a visible crack in the plastic, or having to pull the lever with extreme force to get the beverage to flow. If the lever stays stuck in the ‘on’ position, it will cause the valve to flood the drip tray.
Technician’s Note: When installing the new lever, check the pivot pin for syrup buildup. Sticky syrup acts like glue on the pivot; if you don’t clean it, the new lever will eventually snap just like the old one. Wash the pivot area with warm water before assembly.Technical Specifications:
