The solid state oven thermostat spans 150–450°F and pairs with a 1-hour timer for repeatable results. A 2-speed fan with pulse capability promotes even airflow for breads, proteins, and sides.
Five rack positions with racks included expand capacity as tickets stack up. Durable 430 stainless steel inside and out plus 4-inch casters streamline cleaning, and a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back preserves a low profile. At 19.8 kW, this commercial range is cULus listed and NSF compliant to simplify specification.
