Martellato Meltinchoc Digital Chocolate Melter, 6 Liters
- Melts the chocolate and keeps it at a stable temperature
- Made up of a plastic base with a stainless steel container
- The temperature is set by adjusting the set point with the keyboard and digital display
- To get an accurate temperature the tank must be 2/3 full and the probe must be fully immersed in the tank.
- Great for use with chocolate confections, baked goods and ice cream
- Store in a cool dry place Do not turn the machine on without the tub of chocolate
- To clean, unplug and wait until the machine is cool.
- Once cool wash the steel tank with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
- Use a damp cloth for the plastic base.
- This machine will not temper chocolate automatically!
