Finish entrées and sides in the 31,000 BTU oven featuring a U-shaped burner for even coverage. Two oven racks support batch roasting, baking, or holding without shuffling the line. A back riser with shelf keeps pans, ladles, or spices within reach, and a pull-out crumb tray captures debris to maintain a clean station.
Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward. A stainless steel front and back riser paired with galvanized sides and a stainless steel pilot round out a durable, kitchen-ready package.
