The Serv-Ware SP29-12M-HC-T is a 12 pan mega top sandwich prep unit measuring 27 inches wide, 29.9 inches deep, and 43.2 inches high. It features a stainless steel exterior and an ABS plastic interior with a 304 stainless steel floor. The cabinet is insulated with CFC free foam for dependable cold holding.
This refrigeration unit maintains a 33°F–41°F temperature range and uses R290 refrigerant with a 3 oz charge, delivering 853 BTU/H with 1/3 HP. Automatic defrosting occurs every 6 hours. Electrical requirements are 115 volts, 3 amps, 60 Hz, single phase. An epoxy coated wire shelf is included at 1 per door.
