The Sirman P-ROLL 420/2 RP PLUS (model 40074258) is a countertop dough roller designed for loose rectangular products. Its dual-pass configuration uses (2) sets of parallel non-stick rollers to move dough through efficiently, with a 12-1/2″ top x 16-1/2″ bottom roller dia. Measuring 20-1/4″ x 12-1/2″ x 22-1/2″H, this compact unit fits on countertops while supporting streamlined production.

Engineered for performance and control, it features a durable gear drive transmission, side mounted knurled metal rotary control knobs, and an IP67 water/dust proof switch. The machine produces 250 pieces/hr and safeguards operations with automatic shut off plus thermal overload protection and a reset button. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and powered by a 1/2 HP motor at 110v/60/1-ph drawing 3.4 amps, the 40074258 meets UL, cETLus, CSA, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF certifications.
