Designed for heavy use, this gas range delivers 220,000 BTU of heat to drive throughput without compromising control. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with heavy-duty shelf stages pans and smallwares to reduce steps and speed plating. Stainless steel fronts and sides withstand daily wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning under the unit.
Standing pilots on the top provide quick, dependable lighting, while battery spark ignition on the ovens promotes reliable starts.
