This 48″ gas platform combines open burners, a 36″ right-side thermostatic griddle, a convection oven, and a cabinet base to consolidate stations and minimize steps. Stainless steel construction and a total of 162,000 BTU help sustain high performance all shift long.
Sear, sauté, and sauce on the star/sauté front and non-clog rear burner set under standard grates while the griddle holds precise temperatures for eggs, smash burgers, or onions. The convection oven with battery spark ignition and three racks supports baking, roasting, and sheet-pan production, and the cabinet base keeps pans and tools within arm’s reach.
A standing pilot speeds start-up, and the 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging for smallwares or plating. Rugged stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6″ adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
