The Southbend 4601DC-7R is a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered to accelerate production on busy lines. Four non-clog burners handle everyday sautéing and simmering, while four right-side pyromax burners deliver intense heat for rapid boiling, searing, and high-volume pan work. Standard grates and a standing pilot support fast transitions between tickets.
Expand your menu flow with a standard oven featuring battery spark ignition for reliable starts and consistent results. A cabinet base keeps pans and utensils organized and within reach, helping chefs and managers maintain clean, efficient stations during peak service.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space for mise en place and smallwares. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, simplify cleaning and leveling, while the included rack and 337,000 BTU output support demanding, all-day applications.
