With (2) front star/sauté and (2) rear non-clog burners on standard grates and a total of 260,000 BTU, it equips the line for searing, sautéing, and batch cooking. Keep pace during peak periods with flexible, multi-zone production.
Streamline prep and service: hold soups or sauces on the rear, fire proteins and vegetables on the front, griddle breakfast or burgers on the 36″ plate, and bake or roast in dual convection ovens. Battery spark ignition gets the ovens started quickly, while a standing pilot keeps the range ready between turns. Each oven includes three racks for multi-level loading.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front and sides pair with a 22-1/2″ flue riser and shelf to keep smallwares within reach.
