Three front star/sauté burners and two rear pyromax burners let you sear, sauté, and simmer simultaneously while preserving clear pan access. A right-side 24-inch griddle with thermostatic controls supports breakfast menus, burgers, and bulk finishing without crowding the sauté line.

Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition handle batch roasting, baking, and finishing, each supplied with three racks to stage multiple pans. A standing pilot keeps the top ready for quick turns, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides convenient landing space for pans and smallwares. This layout streamlines stations and reduces steps during peak periods.

Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf on 6-inch adjustable legs, the unit levels quickly and cleans down efficiently. With 291,000 BTU of total input, it supports rapid heat recovery for consistent results across the board. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
