A raised griddle/broiler and two ovens—one standard and one convection—let you move from finish to bake without leaving the station.
Deliver plates fast with 289,500 BTU on tap, standing-pilot top readiness, and battery-spark oven ignition. Set the saute up front while heavy pots ride the pyromax rear, roast evenly in the convection cavity, and keep high-volume bakes in the standard oven. Four included racks expand batch capacity for sheets, hotel pans, or roasting setups.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify wipe-downs and resist wear. A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf keeps tools and pans close, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit and clear the floor for cleaning.
