Its 86.7 cu. ft. capacity and included stainless steel ramp support smooth roll-in loading, while two full-length solid doors feature locks, a stay-open function for staging, and self-closing action to help maintain conditions. Digital temperature control enables precise set points, and LED interior lighting improves visibility during busy service. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, this unit is designed for rigorous commercial environments.
