The Turbo Air TST-72SD-12S-D6-FB-N(-LW) is a three-section, front-breathing sandwich/salad prep work station designed to keep ingredients cold and accessible. A cold air compartment and insulated pan cover protect product temperatures across the 9-1/2″ deep cutting board, with capacity for twelve 1/6-size, 4″ deep pans. Six drawers and 20.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage support organized mise en place. Digital temperature control and monitoring, plus LED interior lighting with fan control, provide clear visibility and precise adjustments. The unit features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, and comes equipped with a self-cleaning condenser. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon and a 3/8 HP system operating on 115v/60/1, 9.9 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certifications include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Made in USA.
