The refrigerated base measures 72-5/8″W x 30″D x 37″H and features front breathing airflow. A stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening keeps ingredients accessible, with six drawers for storage below. Construction includes a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and a cutting board side rail.
