Its electric, self-contained hood system captures and filters cooking effluent at the source, enabling griddle service in food courts, kiosks, and renovation-sensitive sites.
A 22″ x 18″ griddle surface with thermostatic controls delivers precise, repeatable results for searing proteins, toasting buns, or finishing breakfast favorites. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily shifts, while front legs and rear casters simplify positioning and cleaning access.
