Sear burgers and breakfast classics on the expansive griddle, simmer sauces on the open burners, then bake or roast in the convection ovens. Battery spark ignition brings the ovens online quickly, while the standing pilot keeps the top ready for rapid-fire service.
Built for daily duty, this stainless steel unit includes a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a handy shelf and 6-inch adjustable legs for stable placement. With 198,000 BTU, it delivers the power to stay on pace during peak periods. This model also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
