The Champion 86 PRO-HR is a Pro Series two-tank rack conveyor dishwasher engineered for high-volume dishrooms. It delivers up to 348 racks per hour with a 22″ pre-wash, proportional rinse, and Energy Sentinel for 100 gallons per hour performance. A heat recovery cabinet with single vent cowl and an internal booster heater come standard.
Keep service moving with 20″ vertical clearance that accommodates 18″ x 26″ sheet pans and bulky wares. Single-piece hood construction and full 180° leak-proof insulated hinged doors speed access for loading and cleaning. Internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens simplify soil collection and maintenance.
Command operations from the top-mounted Prodigy series HMI with proactive maintenance software and vent fan control.
