Load up to five 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans or three 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans on slides set 1-3/8″ apart to stage batches for service. Use the included 6″ probe to monitor internal product temperature and transition seamlessly from cooking to holding.
Field-reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches support your layout and sanitation standards. 3″ swivel casters, two with brakes, simplify positioning, while an external drip pan helps keep stations tidy.
