A one-piece 300 series 18-gauge stainless steel top with a V edge complements a two-drawer layout that accommodates (1) 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pan and (3) 1/6 size pans (pans not included). Built with stainless steel front and sides and an aluminum back, the cabinet features an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Four-inch castors support easy placement. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
