The Vulcan VE30 is an electric, 30-gallon tilting skillet braising pan engineered for efficient batch production in busy commercial kitchens. It delivers 12 kW FastBatch™ embedded heating for dependable performance across searing, braising, simmering, and reduction work.
Manual tilt, a pouring lip, and a removable strainer streamline safe decanting of stocks, sauces, and braises, while clearly etched gallon markings support quick portioning and inventory control. The spring assist cover includes a drip edge, and the water tight solid state controls are built for day-to-day foodservice demands.
A 36″ wide open base and 12″ stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet promote stable placement and easy cleaning access. A pan holder and L faucet bracket add practical utility for high-volume operations in restaurants, institutions, and production kitchens.
