Built with a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, the EC-3 stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between batches. Removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf speed loading and unloading, while the cabinet base with two solid hinged doors provides convenient, enclosed storage.
A water filter system and Y strainer are included to help protect the boiler, and an automatic boiler blow down feature supports routine maintenance.
